Do you mean CAD software?

I would recommend Fusion 360 https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/overview

There's a paid and free version. You can get it for free here https://www.autodesk.com/campaigns/fusion-360-for-hobbyists

Would that show thermals and have dimensions from Mother boards already existing?

Thermals as in how hot the system will get? I don't know if there's a program that will be able to predict that.

You will have to input the dimensions of the motherboard, you can find them in shopping websites like newegg under 'specifications'

Also I added a video to my previous comment

Thermals would be fluid dynamics.  That’s some heavy heavy compute.  Supercomputer stuff.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Would there be any system that would allow me to see if the cooling i am using would be good enough?

well its for a desk design so i wanted to be able to see if i can control the heat inside or if it will be to hot (meaning i need more fans or cooling)

For years big companies did things like build gigantic wind tunnels and whole models of entire seaports and bays because fluid dynamics is just that complex.  Airflow is fluid dynamics.  It is possible to do with computers, barely.  There was a guy here doing airflow models on a truck front fascia.  He had a big ol workstation and he was running the machine for solid weeks straight to get even small amounts of information.  Models work though.  Find a design for a desk someone has already done and use that perhaps.

well i am combining a bunch of designs so ill have to see. its housing a lot of stuff so it will be interesting to see running and if it can cool enough. kinda wish i could fill it all with water like these https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YyKIZPuepl8
