I need a PC that can run modern games on medium-high settings @ 1080p.

Can handle a fair amount of video editing.

Can record gameplay.

Has at least 2GB VRAM.

At least 8GB DDR3 clocked at 1600 or higher.

Must include OS.

Form factor doesn't matter.(iTX, mATX, ATX, etc.)

Needs to have the option for SLI or Crossfire Expansion in the future.

PSU needs to be at least 80+ Bronze

MOBO needs to be able to handle at least 16GB RAM for future expansion.

Under $660 USD

No peripherals.

I know this will be hard but that's why it's called a challenge.

Go.

well can you use used/second hand stuff??
Cause a 2700K and GTX 680 used would be fine for 1080P gaming.
then the rest of it could come from @antoainb post and have a bit of money left over. for a game or two.

CORSAIR RIPPER: AMD 3970X - 3080TI & 2080TI - 64GB Ram - 2.5TB NVME SSD's - 35" G-Sync 120hz 1440P

Dell OPTIPLEX:  Intel i5 6500 - 8GB Ram - 256GB SSD

The case doesn't fit the 212 Evo. You need a case with more clearance like the N200.

Ok. This then?

Why not just get the N200? A matx mobo in a mid tower is awkward. Also, what's with the 5900rpm hdd?

The ram is actually $87 btw.

Sorry, must have typed N220. It was the cheapest so... The RAM price might have changed, it was PCPartpicker that made it.

Made yet another edit.
