Hello- I have a all in one prebuilt pc and the ram and cpu are acting up- I have 12 gigs of ram yet 88% of it is being used by less than 4 gb of memory. Even at when it is totally idle, memory usage is always ~%80-95, no matter the shown usage. Windows always suspends my pages, when I'm using them, but when I went to the pages that are shown as suspended in task manager, they run totally fine. Here's a link to the spec of my pc, I have a i7-4785t, with 12 gb of ram and a 500 gb Samsung evo 860 that replaced a hard drive. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04448791. I've already tried a fresh install of windows, shutting down/restarting my computer (the listed before help my pc for about 30-60 minutes), and doing minor things like taking off the back panel (the only panel you can take off) from my all in one or applying fresh thermal paste doesn't help anything.

The CPU runs pretty toasty at idle (~40-45c) But I doubt it matters anyways because it's limited to 68 or 69 degrees c. any advice or help??

I see McAfee is in there, and not that I'm going to blame that dumpster fire of an AV, but get rid of that.

It could solve your problem, and even if it doesn't then good- you don't have it on there anymore.

see whats in details, and expand tasks that are using significant memeroy. if its a svchost.exe process, try ending it and see what happens.

I literally ended as many of the processes as I could. Nope. Still at 78% usage, with nothing actually doing anything
