Any idea how much this Asus GTX980Ti Gold edition could sell for parts/not working?

Faulty ASUS 20th Anniversary GTX980Ti Gold Edition Graphics Card
I own one of these graphics cards but it show major artifacts and cannot be used for anything 3D and is assumed pretty much useless, so I wanted to know how much something like this could sell for on eBay since its a rarer card. Also interested in knowing if it is at all repairable by someone with the right tools and knowledge, thanks

Vast majority of people won't pay a single dollar for this. Doesn't matter if it is a rare card, if the GPU is broken. I personally probably wouldn't charge someone more than $40 for it, to answer your question.

Very true, do you have any idea if I could pay to get this repaired? or is a GPU with hardware issues most likely done for?

There is no way to tell what may be wrong with the card without having it physically.

 

You can try to take it to some "Computer Repair" shops in your area but I wouldn't expect them to actually be able to fix it. If they are able to fix it, it will cost a significant amount of money that you probably would not want to spend.
