Confusing problem, need help!

So I've had this pc for 3 years but lately i'm getting a lot of stuttering and my fps has drop a lot.

 

CPU:I7-7700k /GPU:gigabyte gtx 1070 /RAM: 2 sticks of 8GB ddr4 Corsair (2400mhz) / motherboard:aorus z270x gaming 7/ 770w thermaltake (psu) / ssd colorful 650GB (os/games) /hdd Seagate 1tb (photos and other stuff) / liquid cooler 2 fan from id-cooling

 

below are my results after running a gta 5 benchmark i can't figure out the problem

i've recently cleaned the fans and the case. i changed the thermal paste 1 month ago and changed the windows too

Your CPU is thermal throttling, your AIO might be broken

And the problem started when, about the same time? Clean old and try applying thermal paste again...

Changing the thermal paste was my first try to fix the problem and it didn't work

Look at your CPU temps, 100 degrees Celsius  is way to high. It looks like your CPU cooler is not working anymore.

There is no replacement for RGB except more RGB ?

It does work, but it's not intended to work at those temps. As said before - better fix the cooling asap.

I edit my posts more often than not

Will it explode? Probably not ? But is it wise to run a computer at those CPU temps? Definitely not. I would not use that PC until I had replaced the CPU cooler.

Don't worry your CPU will not explode but if you keep it at those temperatures, it may be damaged. Most Intel processors have a kill switch when the CPU gets too hot so you should be fine. I would definitely recommend replacing your CPU cooler.
