I tried to do some research, but still looking if there are some improvements in this budget range. Kind of like TUF connection between  MOBO/Cooler & Case, but might as well go with regular Mugen 5 that is $10 cheaper and Meshify C instead of Asus TUF Gaming GT501, especially since I haven't found any airflow tests for the latter.

I have 4k 60Hz HDR10 Freesync LG monitor, but plan to buy some 144 Hz gaming monitor later on too. Almost purely for gaming, just sometimes programming with docker, so would need win 10 pro for hyper-v.

Make sure you get Decent Ram, Ill tell you with experince getting a kit of 32 (16x2) 3600 mhz CL16 ram, it ended up being Hynix DJR and it refused to boot past 3200 mhz CL 18. Do your best to find Samsung B-die or similar performing Ram.

Crucial rams should be exclusively Micron E-die, that seems to be rather praised and easily manageable at 3600MHz/16 CL, doubt I'll need much higher with non OC'ed Ryzen 5 3600. This particular series I linked seems to be new successor to the Ballistix Sports LT series.

BitFenix Whisper M 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Seems to be rather unavailable in Poland at the moment, but price & parameters looks great on this BitFenix. Is there anything wrong Seasonic Focus GX or Whisper M is just a better deal in this price range?

After giving a bit more thought (and especially taking closer look) I'm giving up on TUF version of Mugen and will be going with standard one (or Black RGB edition, but it's not available around quite yet) and subsequently no reason for going full TUF so Asus TUF Gaming GT501 will be replaced with Meshify C - I'm only a bit hesitant, because while it's top tier in sticky thread it seems a bit small. So while it's enough for RX 5700 XT Pulse the bigger ones like Nitro+ seems to only just fit and if there is some better slightly bigger case around? I have couple decent 120mm Silentium PC fans lying around waiting to be used too fwiw.
