solid router for $200

Hi, I don't really know much about routers and my parents are wanting to get a new one for our house since the current one from frontier blows.

 

They're looking for 

- good range (house is ~2,200 square feet)

- dual band

- Not much more than $200 

 

If anyone can help me find a new router that would be appreciated!
