CPU Case?

So im shipping an old AM2 CPU and i don't have anything to put it in. It won't fit in my Intel one and i don't know what else would be safe to put it in so the pins don't become bent.

If you can get a tiny block of foam from like Hobby Lobby or something you can stick it in there and just put it in a plastic bag.

Yes, if the foam is somewhat tough then it'll protect it.

I've bought a CPU online before and it came taped into a block of foam and it was fine.

Wasn't necessarily thinking about styrofoam but if it works? I just hope it doesn't build static.
