Intel boost

I built a pac and it was freezing like crazy

I placed a topic here and someone adviced me to turn off turbo boost provided by intel and it worked

but my cpu is now slower

 My specs 

intel core i5-9600 KF 6 core 3.7 GHZ

deepcool cpu fan cooler

gigabyte z390 UD LGA 1151

gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 super 

inter 660 p series m.2 1TB

Ram G.skill Aegis 16GB (2x8GB)

Rosewill LEPTON 700modular
