Hi guys, I want to buy a new MB,RAM and CPU,because right now I am playing on a I5 2500, which is good, but not enough. I am thinking of buying a I5 9400f with a B360 or a R5 3600 with a B450. My budget is around 450$. I play games like GTA 5, Rainbow six siege, CS GO, WoW and others. Feel free to suggest something different.

Go with the 3600 as it is the most flexible CPU of the 2 you have mentioned.

Get a b450 board, Ryzen 5 3600. That should make around 300 $. leaves ya with 150 bucks for either

- perfect ram for that system (B-die)

- good 32gb ram + maybe a good cpu cooler

- 16 gigs of ram and noctua cooler

 

i run the 3600 myself with 32gb ram on a b450 board. i produce music / photo and video edit / work and game on this machine. its amazing for the money!

If I am going to get a 3600, I am thinking of buying a

and 16GB Corsair 3200Mhz ram, because I already have a compatible cooler. And the main problem is that I live in Bulgaria, and here the parts are more expensive that in the USA.

The mobo is better but the ram I added is better
