Dual tower vs single tower?

so this is my pc, i58600k, gtx 1080amp extreme.

 

i have a be quiet dark rock pro 4... i feel that its too big and right near exhaust.. so is it hampering the airflow in that area? like the gpu exhausted air is not being able to reach the exhaust i feel.. should i change to a single tower cooler? like hyper 212 black edition? what i am thinking.. is it true?

I wouldn't worry about it.

 

Dual towers give you a lot more heat dissipation than single, so you can keep a better balance of low temperatures and low noise.

graphics cards basically warm up everything around it, some of that warm air will come out from the rear exhaust regardless if not also pushed out by the fans on the CPU cooler. Changing to a smaller tower wont help the card by any noticeable degree but CPU thermals will get noticeably worse.

I wouldn't think so, I run a similar setup in my rig, never had any issues with temperatures.

my card reaches like 77 degree sometimes.. is that ok?

not dangerous, does taking off the side panel help with the temperature?
