RAM speed stuck at 2133Mhz

Hello, as you can see from the title, I have a bit of a problem. Since I checked both my motherboard and cpu before buying them, they do support at least 2666Mhz. So what could the problem be?

You may need to enter the BIOS and change the ram speed profile. This can be done under the XMP profiles.

Hmm, no idea why but after rebooting it went back up. Guess I'll keep an eye on it, see if it keeps changing... Thanks for the reply!
