acer h257husmidpx as second monitor

Hi,

 

Currently i use a MSI optix mag24c. 144 hertz va panel. I bought this one since i like competetive games. Sometimes i also like to play open world/single player games. I was thinking of getting a IPS monitor. I found a deal with the acer h257husmidpx for 190 euros and was wondering is it worth to use this monitor for open world/single player games or wont it be that much of a difference.
