Laptop slow charging

Hi Guys,

I have a really weird problem. My laptop charges very slowly, if i run windows 10. It is a clean install and everything else works great, but the charging is really slow. It has been running for 20 minutes after it turned off because the battery was empty and it is now at 8% charge. Does anyone have an idea, what the problem could be?
If I run Ubuntu, it charges faster and it was also faster when it was on its factory shipped windows 7 installation.
