Boot up menu problem / motherboard

I had updated the bios of my motherboard 

it’s a Asus ROG Strix H370-F 

after updating the bios to the latest version it keeps coming back to the boot menu it won’t launch windows someone pls help me plss

Do you have multiple storage devices in the machine? Maybe try and force a boot to the one with windows on it in bios, or disconnect the others physically? Just to make sure it has no other options? 

If you have only a single drive in the system, maybe try and create a Windows install media USB, plug it in, and run a repair? 

Other than that, there's always formatting, if you have a way of getting your data of the main drive?
