A full pc setup under 600$

Heya, I really need some advice here

Esencially by the end of the year I want to build myself a full gaming setup. I need a keyboard, a mouse, a monitor, speakers (if the monitor doesnt have any) and the PC itself. Yes, I have a desk I want to use, its fairly small but it can carry a PC and a Monitor.

The major problem here is shipping due to me living in Puerto Rico. Heres a link relating to Amazon and shipping to Puerto Rico ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=202075870 ). I dont know anything else about other online retailers shipping policy to Puerto Rico

I want to be on AM4 due to AMD's price to performance. Im willing to buy used and if anyone has some informacion about other online retailers offering free shipping to Puerto Rico, please say something about it...

I want to buy it by the end of the year due to the discounts usually offered around that time.

TLDR; I wanna build a full PC setup and shipping prices to Puerto Rico is bad. What should I do?

Most computer parts are pretty light. Your shipping costs won't be that high. You live where you live, unless you're willing to move, that's part of the price you have to pay. If Amazon doesn't offer free shipping, I doubt any other companies will.

There's not much point planning out a parts list now if you're planning on buying in around 10 months time. New hardware will be available, things will change, prices will change... Best thing to do would be to start planning it out around when you're going to be buying it.

If shipping to Puerto Rico is bad then check for local stores that sell PC parts and see if it would work out cheaper to buy from them instead of buying from Amazon and paying high shipping rates.

600$ for a PC and all those peripherals and couple that with shipping rates and taxes and you'd be left with around 300-350$ for the actual PC, you'd be better off buying used hardware since buying new low-end hardware has a terrible price/performance ratio, you'd be talking about a system with a 3000G at best with no dedicated GPU.

Though you forgot about taxes and shipping, it would total up to well above 700$

that doesn't have shipping to Puerto Rico but it is about as low as I would go
