TESLA P4 Workstation build and advice

Great channel! I’m trying to make my way through all your advice for a very specific purpose. I want to build a video editing workstation on a modest budget.
I work for a company that did a major change to their AI and now in the possession of some of the old tech that was replaced. 2 X Nvidia Tesla P4 cards. I went to Adobe and they said I will need a Nvidia Quadro P4000 to pair them with. I’m OK with that but need help with some of the build.
I have an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-core CPU - Silicon Power 32GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM – Samsung 970 EVO 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD – some hard drives and the Tesla cards.
I need to know what to use for the MB ($500) – QUIET Cooler and fans for CPU and chassis ($300) – Power Supply ($300) – case (??) and if I need the Quadro Card to make it all work easily ($1000)
I’m really don’t care about the colors on the inside, I just want to make sure it's nice to work inside and look tidy. I want a beast of a machine that works the video cards and makes my video editing a breeze.
Any advice at all will help.

Are you only using the adobe suite?

What type of footage?

Id just get a high end geoforce card, It will be faster than the test cards and the quadro, and premiere doesn't need that much gpu power normally. Then sell the tesla cards. Something like a 2080 super would be much better here than the quadro and tesla.

Id get a high end air cooler for the cpu, like a nh-d15 or dark rock pro 4.

Get a x570 board, once you get to the midrange boards, its really what features do you want to pay extra for. This build doesn't have anything super specal, so most boards will work fine.

Yes I'm using Adobe Creative Suite - mainly Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop. The footage is 4K from my drone gopro and samsung. Nothing too intense, but I will be taking some older videos and enhancing them as well.

What 2080 card would you recommend? ASUS, GIGBYTE, EVGA, MSI or Stock Nvidia? Why would this outperform the P4000?

What type of footage? Codec/bitrate?

I don't know the exact 2080 model id get, look at reivews, all are fine really, but it may be worth it to get one with better cooling and is quieter.

the 2080 is a much faster and newer gen card compared to the p4000. And since adobe suite doesn't need quadro features, the gtx cards are just as fast as the eqv quadro and much chaper. A p4000 is basically a gtx 1070, so a 2080 is faster here and about the same price.
