I have MSI GTX 1070i gaming installed but i am having a slight issue with it, i play Apex legends a lot but the gameplay is not smooth there are minor lags lots of them, but when i look at the sky or place where no much rendering is required for GPU the game play suddenly gets smooth. Is it my graphic card or my RAM. I have 8GB of ram installed.

Please advice me on this. Thanks.

It could be a ram bottle neck or it could and this is very unlikely but it could be a shortage if vram as well of you are playing. At the highest settings

If you have a web browser open with many tabs (+20) while you play games, or something else that uses ram, I'd honestly go with 32GB. Ram is pretty cheap right now, and atleast you don't have to worry about that again. I thought about 16GB too first when I was getting ram for my computer, but 32GB just felt better. Atleast there's no way it will run out. Better that, than having to close my browser if I want to play games. I do have more tabs open than most people, though. YMMV as always, but 16GB is the minimum today I would say.
