I got a few questions about this motherboard. Does this have built in WiFi and Bluetooth, will I be able to update the BIOS for 3rd gen ryzen without a 2nd gen cpu and does it support the rgb requirements for this build:

It has the connectors for a WiFi antenna, so it probably comes with one, and if it doesn't come with the appropriate BIOS, you can update it without having anything installed, just needs power and a flash drive with the BIOS on it.

Yes and yes. It supports WiFi and Bluetooth

The board supports BIOS flashing without a CPU installed, as @Godlygamer23 mentioned.
