New build won't connect to tv

I just built a new system. The Hdd has no os but I have a usb thumb drive with the os installer on it.  When I connect my pc to my tv as I do not have a monitor right now I get no picture.  I have tried every hdmi port on my tv, 2 different cables, resetting tv before plugging in pc and still nothing.  No discrete gpu. Ryzen 3700x 32gig ram at 3600, msi mpg gaming edge wifi.

Your issue is that the Ryzen 3700x doesn't have an integrated GPU. You can't get a signal because nothing can give a signal to a display. You MUST use a dedicated GPU for that build.
