can i HTTP without port forwarding?

Is there a way to access an application (like RDP, HTTP, Minecraft) from the internet without port forwarding? Like maybe using some sort of vpn or something? 

Cuz I THINK some vpns have some auto port forwarded ports or something.

(i know i can port forward through router but i want to try a different approach!)

(also no hamachi since it requires people who want to connect to also have hamachi, unless thats not the case)

using cloud comping to host a minecraft server (except you can only port forward 80 and 40 i think)

deducing what you're saying.. you're planning on renting one of those cloud gaming computer services, to run a minecraft server on it?

 

i'd be amazed if you make it to the end of the first month before getting banned from the service..

 

and for a minecraft server, you have to port forward port 25565

You might be able to use something along the lines of Hamachi if its just you and a few friends.
