Im not sure if your display comes from motherboard or gpu. if gpu, sometimes it looks fine but the gpu slots is loose and maybe you should check RAM for the same reason. :D

If you're using a Pre-UEFI motherboard (Intel 6-series or older / 2nd gen core i or AMD Phenom) with

a modern UEFI only GPU (AMD Navi / RX4xx / 5xx,  Nvidia Pascal / Volta / Turing) then

this is expected behavior.

Take the GPU out, boot from onboard if possible and upgrade your BIOS to the latest version and try again.

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB Fractal Define Mini C CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

taken from one of op's earlier posts - Sandy bridge should still work fine with modern kit and the RX570 is definitely a UEFI era card

Yes, and good find. But what is his new gpu? @Pomfrit why does it sound so german...

what's the model of your motherboard?

CMOS is the BIOS' memory, sometimes settings in the BIOS can cause boot failures when noew hardware is introduced and clearing the CMOS can resolve this by forcing the BIOS to reset to default values

So iset it to default? Will try also what does flash bios update mean ?

that isn't what i said, at all. i said to remove the GPU entirely and try to boot with the onboard graphics chip

you cannot enter safe mode if the computer won't POST. but, in answer to your question, a 10 second google search would give you this

Answer this question first:

You really need to have the latest BIOS to be sure that your new GPU will be properly detected. If you're running an OEM machine, sometimes

a whitelist is enabled, which means only cards on that list will work. HP, Lenovo and Medion are a few that used to do this.

looks like your motherboard displays it's postcodes. hm.

well, if this is coming through your GPU then good news, it's working. something's having a temper tantrum though..

try seeing if clearing your BIOS will help - maybe re-seat the GPU too, make sure it's firmly pushed into the PCIE slot.

I got a familiar problem my pc also wont start : My Grafikcard fans spins, my cpu fan is spining but it wont show me any picture
