Wireless PC headset $100-$175 budget

nhess

Hey guys I could use some advice. I am looking for everyday use wireless gaming headset. I went to bestbuy to try some on today and found a lot of them to be bulky, which I did not like. I also am looking for good build quality, which makes the budget hard. I am currently deciding between the corsair virtuoso (not SE), steelseries arctis 7 wireless, and the logitech pro x wireless. The only one I wasn't able to try on was the arctis 7, but I tried the arctis pro and loved them. Those are too expensive for my taste though. Not quite sure what to do here, could use suggestions. I like the build quality of the arctis pro or the vorsair virtuoso SE, but those are a bit out of my budget. I am not super into audio/mic quality, but obviously it that being better helps.

I would skip the Logitech & Corsair headsets just because they're uncomfortable and you can't wear them for hours. What is the point of headphones that you can't wear without ache and sweat.

Thats why I would go with the Hyperx Flight headset. I've had the wired version of these for almost a year and are the most comfortable pair of headphones I've ever worn. With a great mic and decent sound quality to go along.

I agree with @berny22 regarding Logitech and Corsair headphones. My opinion might not be a popular one, but I would recommend you look at Turtle Beach headphones. I've owned 2 pairs in the last 5 years (not because they broke down. One for PC and one for console). Always found them super comfortable. As far as sound quality goes, that will always be highly subjective, but definitely found them a joy to listen to all the time.

Their top tier wireless headset, the Elite Atlas Aero Wireless are on sale now too. 120 bucks from their online store.

Really just my 2 cents, in a landscape dominated by SteelSeries, HyperX and Razer.
