LOL while I was here asking the RX 5500 xt price went to 200 in every shop so gtx it is ?

Lol damn . Well . Seems that fate has spoken ?

So from  these  two new gpus (not interested in 580, to expensive) I have decided to buy one, but which one is better value for its money? My target is 1080p, not ultra or high, I'm more of more fps better, so I can lover to med/low settings if needed.

My options in my country are these(Ps cheap zotac 1650 super is from not very reliable store, no garantee to get for that price or even get it) the RX 5500 xt(8gb model is over 200)is in same price in different stores:

My eye is more one 1650 super, because I know amd has some driver problems now, but knowing them, they will fix them so it a hard choice.

Currently have rx 460 4gb

Rest system ryzen 5 1600 af, 16gb ram.

Tnx for help :)

From what I understand AMD have been having issues for 7 months fixing drivers for the 5500 xt cards . So I'd either wait for confirmation of a fix or I'd go for the Nvidia . AMD cards are actually good but I switched back to Nvidia because every AMD driver update had a chance to potentially fry your GPU . I nearly lost an R9 380 playing steel rats after a driver update.

So then Nvidia, but is there a difference in single fan or double fan config on card?

The difference is big when it comes to cooling,

I have a triple fan card and i am happy with it's cooling performance.

Well . The single fan configurations are usually sealed off so it exhausts the air at the back . They tend to get pretty hot and noisy . The dual configs (open air) run a bit cooler but release the hot air into your case . This shouldn't be a problem if you have decent ventilation. Atleast 1 intake and 1 exhaust fan . But you'll have to check first . Founders edition cards as far as I know are sealed too . Try looking for an open air card where you can see the heatsink . Like the one in the pic

I found gigabyte windforce and inno3d, both have dual fans, any of those would be good?

I'd say both of them would be good . Personally I'd go with windforce . But I think that would come down to what you like more in terms of aesthetic

Lol this I dont know ... also this might sound strange . But before you make a final choice maybe you could have another look at both the 5500 xt and 1650 super in terms of benchmarks . It's really tricky since nvidia drivers at the moment are good . But also remember that in the long run the 5500 xt might be more powerful. So there is that to consider . And knowing AMD it takes a long time for them to fix gpu issues . But they fix them eventually. So at the end . Look at some benchmarks to see what performance pleases you . When it comes to the cooling solution look at an open air style card . Windforce and MSI usually have the better cooling solution. But on open air I think they might all be prettymuch the same .

Checked all benchmarks, they both trade blows, when I bought my rx 460, I was in same situation, couldn't decide 1050 ti or RX 460, got 460 and meh, 1050 ti was a bit faster but a bit more expensive, and now it's the same, but now both are mostly neck to neck and same 1650s is a bit more expensive than 5500 xt, know amd they will fix drivers, the cheaper the better for me.
