Supermicro C7Z97-M not POSTing

Hi, I bought a Supermicro C7Z97-M a while ago and it doesn’t POST. It gives out 6 Beeps (AMIBios) and after a while another 4 followed shortly by a higher pitched 5th beep. Video of this

Do you have any idea why this is happening? I have tried different CPUs, RAM, PSUs and Monitors+Cables

Mobo:   HP IPM87-MP

CPU:     i7 4770K @ 3,68GHz

GPU:     Gigabyte RTX 2070 OC

RAM:    16GB DDR3-1600 Dual-Channel

SSD 1:  Kingston SUV500 240GB

SSD 2:  Kingston SUV400S37 480GB

SSD 3:  Samsung 860 EVO 500GB

HDD:     Seagate ST2000DM006 2TB

PSU:      Thermaltake Grand Series RGB 850W
