Computer Technology VS Computer Engineering

So next year I'm going to go to grade 12 and I have an optional course to choose from. I really want to take tech but I don't know the difference between Computer Technology and Computer Engineering. Can you please explain them both and what you basically do in each class? Thanks

 

EDIT: Computer Technology is NOT the same thing as Computer Science, they're two completely different courses apparently.

If you like hands on, go with engineering. If you like using your brain and would like to learn more, go with  technology, or computer science, as they call it at my high school.

No, they're two different courses. Computer science isn't the same course as Computer Technology.

Yeah but the course is called just "Computer Technology" for some odd reason.

I would think Computer Technology is the one that's more hands on, and Computer Engineering would be a lot more theory. Computer engineering would involve a lot of programming and circuitry (a mix between computer science and electrical engineering). Computer technology I would imagine be more like networking, IT work, stuff like that.
