No internet connection

Hi, Guys. I just build a new PC. It works well, I install motherboard software from CD, but I still don't have internet for some reason. I set ethernet cable but I still don't have connection. What should i do ?

OC - Windows 10

Nic is shows up in the device manager

My NIC shows in network adapters. 

NIC- Realtek PCLe GbE Family Controller

Hardware:

- Motherboard Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2h

- Powercolor RX 590 video card

- Ryzen 5 1600 processor

- WD Blue Caviar 1tb

- Crucial Ballistix DDR4 8gb 2666 Mhz

Is the light on next to the network port on the board?
