Hello guys, anyone know how to fix this issue?  The motherboard blink once after I turn on power supply and pressing power button won't start  I just did a cashing swap and this happed try :

Diffrent power supply

Reinstall the whole pc parts 

try install it on the motherboard box 

Install back to old casing

where are the RAM sticks? Make sure the CPU power connector (on the top left) is plugged in

I have the pro wifi edition and it blinked like that the first time I turned it on. It's because there's lighting where the ram goes in. If it's not turning on it's not because of the lights.

All the led on motherboard blink once and I can't turn on at all
