Help my keyboard is spassing in games

when im in a game and i try and hold down a button it just spammes it instead of holding it down 

so cant really play some of my games which is annoying 

i have tried removing it from the device manager and installing it again 

help?

might just be faulty or getting old. Try taking it apart and cleaning if it still does it, Then bad key or board. replace key or time to look for another keyboard

wouldnt make sense because 15 mins ago i played a game and then it chrashed i restarted my pc and now the keyboard just types insanly fast

What keyboard do you have? If you press a  key down a single time and it writes that letter multiple times then you might have something like N-Key rollover activated.

A lot of "gamer" keyboards have that.

I have a asus strix flare, for example if a press f to pick something up in a game where you need to hold it down it just spams it instead

Try holding down the Fn key on the bottom row and push F1 once, see if that fixes it.

Then I would try using it with a different PC or, if there's an option to, try updating it's firmware with Armoury crate. Though I doubt that's the problem.

If it happens on a different PC as well, then it's definitely broken.

Its something with the keyboard ive tried it on a another pc and it does the same and im using a diffrent keyboard now and the it doesnt do it with this keyboard 

What would you suggest to fix it. 

 

im also confused why there is so many devices connected

Found a way to reset my keyboard and it fixed it. It was build in to it
