Posted February 6, 2020 I would try to re-seat the CPU, and re-plug any connector from PSU to motherboard. If you have a PSU 24-pin test starter, use that to see if PSU is at fault. Have you tried booting from a USB stick? What I usually do in these situations is uplug all of the power connectors, plug them back in, remove 1 ram stick and then swap them. If all else fails, pull out the CPU and reseat.

I had a similar issue 2 days ago with a new build using a RX 570. No beeps or anything, just a blank display...
 Posted February 6, 2020 The board should at least have status LED's on it, check and see what is happening with those if the board has them. If it "Hangs" on the CPU LED it's a bad CPU/CPU problem. Yes, it should give an error code/beep with no RAM in the board. "If you ever need anything please don't hesitate to ask someone else first"..... Nirvana "Whadda ya mean I ain't kind? Pull the CPU out and verify you don't have any bent pins, also verify the orientation you're inserting it.
 Posted February 6, 2020 Everything looks to be inserted totally fine. Your motherboard may have arrived dead unfortunately. I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B Primary PC: i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.
