making a basic Nas for file storage/video streaming

never really bothered having a NAS before now however space is becoming a problem and SSD is expensive, however i also hate noise...SO!
NAS it is! im gonna offload all non-essential files and videos! the people in my household also keep asking me to help them fetch various videos  and storing them also takes space.
So, 
Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 1GB
seems good also considering power usage.

I can say right away without much info that a rpi will do as a NAS, however it got lack of redurancy if you care for that..

best/most recommended NAS for my simple purpose, is raspberry pi amongst the best for the price tag and such.
