Reboot and Select proper Boot device

Go to solution Solved by The_russian,

Once you are in the uefi bios, there's a section on the bottom right called Boot Priority, the USB with Windows on it should be listed there. Once you found it, just drag it to the top of the list. Then, press F10 on your keyboard. If it asks you "Are you sure you want to save changes?" or something similar, click Yes. Your computer should then restart and boot to the USB drive if Windows was installed correctly on it.

I just made a new PC and I connected it to my monitor and it has a splash screen saying Sceptre and after that turns black and goes to this black screen that says "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key"

How do I get into the bios I don't get a splash screen that says what key I press what do I do??!

Do you have Windows installation media on a DVD or USB drive? If it's a brand new build then you will need to either get a USB drive with windows installation media loaded onto it or get a Windows 10 DVD.
