New build no post

Was wondering if anyone here could help me out with my first build I just built everything cpu and gpu fans spin I get leds and all usb ports working but for some reason I cant get a post I'm using 

Cpu: intel i5 6400

Mobo: rog strix b250h

Ram: corsair vengeance lpx 2x8gb 3000mhz

Gpu: gtx 1050ti 

Psu: builder 700w

Do the fans start spinning and keep spinning or do they turn off after 5-10 seconds? 
Make sure your display cable is plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard.

Make sure all cables are plugged in all the way.

Hi my cpu and gpu fans spin no problem my case fans dont spin stall I have tried plugging into on board gpu and my graphics still no joy

You can try taking the graphics card out, and plugging the display cable into the motherboard and see if that works. Do you have another PC to test known good parts or maybe a friends PC?

Also I should have asked before, there is a pinned thread at the top of the troubleshooting thread called, “README: How to respond to a no POST or no power up situation”. Have you read through this yet?

Tried to take out gpu and use on board graphics still no post I thing I may have got a faulty mobo but wont k now for sure till a friend test my hard ware in his pc in a couple of days

Get the beep codes from the MB (you may need to attach a speaker to the motherboard if it doesn't have one)

 

That will tell you what's wrong. If there are no beeps, then it's likely working and you've done something else wrong, like the DP/HDMI cable not being plugged in all the way on the monitor side.

 

Some BIOS's will not boot the OS with the GPU if the iGPU is plugged in, or vice versa, you have to tell the BIOS which device to use first, or disable the iGPU.

OP mentioned he tried taking out the GPU and using just the iGPU, so that wouldn't be the problem.

I get no mobo beeps even with speakers in I have reseated and rewired it a number of times just I case I hadn't put them in correctly I have even had friends that have built a number of pc come out and have a look still nothing I do have a orange led light on the mobo at the bottom right that says sb power next to it but all my manual say is it's just a power indicator telling me my mobo is getting power been on a couple of forums one of which I upload a picture a couple of people said it was my cpu led and a couple said my mobo was in standby mode tried to press del and f2 on my keyboard but nothing works which is making me think my mobo isn't getting enough power

Or worst case I have a faulty cpu

I have even tried to short the pins to reset my bios and left the cmos battery out for around 20 mins
