Is this a response to a question?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

For Console, if you're looking to be a hard core gamer or a strong gamer, then any 1ms TN Panel monitor is what you need.

TN Panels typically have a low response time, they support a wide range of refresh rates (60hz for Console) (144hz+ for PC), and are very good for pricing.

If you're not a competitive gamer, and just like to have fun, then I recommend a VA/IPS panel.

IPS Panels have outstanding viewing ranges and colours, but the main reason this isn't for competitive gamers as the response times are higher than TN Panels and VA Panels.

So you can't expect to have the reaction/response times, but you get the benefits of the way your game looks.

VA Panels are a bit of both in my opinion, my VA Panel MSI Gaming Monitor is 1ms same as my TN Panel BenQ, but 1ms is a marketing attraction.

So basically 1ms means its fast, but not 1ms fast, it's hard to explain. But I have played COD on both my TN and VA Panel, and felt like TN had an edge on how fast the game played out.

But my MSI has good colours and better viewing angles than my TN, and is still good for gaming. In my opinion, I prefer TN panels as I am a competitive gamer and need that edge, whereas if you're looking into a good viewing monitor, then a IPS panel is what you are wanting. If you're wanting similarities of both panels, then a VA Panel is what you need.

actually, this isnt true.

VA is inherently the slowest out of the three panels.......

the panels are rather distinct from eachother. each having their issues and problems.

VA is slow, but colors are good and it has better contrast.

TN is fast, but colors and contrast isnt great.

IPS is decently fast and the colors a great, but it has some issues with IPS glow, and contrast.

or at least that is what ive gathered from looking at monitor and monitor reviews.

This may not be true for all monitors, but from what I have found and had, and currently have, this is my opinion

Dude you made a post that was more of a blanket statement and are now replying to yourself.
