Any good waterproof briefcases?

Hi, I own a Asus Zenbook 14 (slim 14 inch laptop in 13 in chassis) and am looking for a waterproof briefcase for it. Does anyone know any good ones?

 

I live in Metro Vancouver, since it rains a lot here I want to be able to carry my laptop during the rain.

 

I just need something to carry my laptop, its charger, and mouse (mx master).
