While in the installation wizard, press Shift + F10 for the command prompt to show up. Then type diskpart and press ENTER to open diskpart partitioning utility. After that, type list disk and press ENTER (you'll need to press it after each command). Does your drive show up? If yes, type sel disk <YOUR DISK NUMBER>. Then type clean and convert gpt, if you're using UEFI, or convert mbr, if you're using legacy BIOS. Be aware, that all the data in the drive won't be accessible after the clean command (but it mostly could be recovered using 3rd party tools). After that, close the command prompt and refresh the disk list in the installation wizard.
