That looks like some problem with the wifi connection. So wich wifi router do you have?

Is it capable of wifi n or better yet ac?

Over wich wifi standard are you connected to it? That looks like wifi b or something old and slow.

Can you get better speeds with other devices and over wired LAN?

Also try to update the drivers for your wifi card and firmware on your router.

I use fast.com  to make sure if it's problem on my end...Could always be a slow host server.

Better use an ethernet cable for higher speeds.

If speed is low even with wired connection, reset the router and maybe move it around the house to get a better signal or even attach external antenna.

They're asking what model your router is.  The sync rate you're observing is pretty low, if it's on the 2.4 GHz ISM band like a single band N router then it's going to also exhibit more interference and lower speeds in addition to the lower sync speed you see.

That's not a model number. the model number should be on the bottom of the router itself.

It's a BT something, probably a Hub 3 or Hub 5 but we need more information.

All I see is a SSID bro.  The network name is not the physical model of device of the router.  I can only assume it's the cheapest ancient box ever that only offers a single stream of 2.4GHz N which would cap out at a 65 or 72 mbps sync rate, which is complete garbage.

Do you just receive wifi from an apartment complex or something?
