I need help

Hello everyone. So, I have a HP Compaq 6005 Pro SFF with AMD Phenom II X4 B95(3 ghz),4 gb ddr3 ram(upgrading to 8 soon) and an ATI Radeon HD 4200. I want to switch the HD 4200 to a Low Profile MSI Radeon RX550 4GB OC but my PC's power supply is 240 watts. Can the 240 w psu support that without breaking down?

Well I've seen a video about a guy who put a 1050ti on his 240w psu and he still has it after 2 or so years but I don't know if it's for sure gonna last

If it doesn't require external power then I guess it should be fine.

Do you have any other recommendations for a 240 watt gpu that can  run Team Fortress 2 and Minecraft at medium to high settings with high FPS? Or can i replace the current HP Compaq's psu with a 400w one for example
