Gamdias fan stuck

Hello! just created an account to ask a quick question.

 

So I got a new PC from best buy (Still have warranty) and had some trouble with the fans the solution was the controller needed a new battery but that's not whats wrong.

My fan is stuck on all red but 1/10 of the fan which i can control but the rest stays. My front two fans work perfectly fine. Should i send it back? I don't know what to do, hopefully you guys can help.

Check that all cables are properly connected. The fans are using proprietary hub for controlling.
