Need help ASAP

It started about 1 month ago where i can be watching youtube and all a sudden my pc starts to freeze i check task manager and nothing is really using anything My specs are GTX 1660 ryzen 5 3600 16 gb of ram 3200 mhz and a 500gb samsung evo ssd. it does do it all the time and when i does i have to force shutdown the pc because i can barely make it to the windows icon

I have chedk my gpu temps they max out at 62c my cpu only goes up to 72c it is a stock amd cooler

It happens like only 3 times a week and idk why all drivers are up to date inclining mobo

does this happen when watching a .mp4 or just youtube? How does gaming work? same as youtube?

Gaming is fine smooth and only when watching youtube

try watching youtube in a different browser than your usual telly me what happens

it may take a while to recreate since it only happens when i watch youtube for over like 7 hours

oh huh what browser do you use?

I use chrome i turned off hardware accel it helped a bit

doesn't look like it, your probably good

 

also i would upgrade that stock cooler if i were you, just a personal thing though.
