Need some advice first time building

Basicly bought a beast machine in 2013 for pennnies on the dollar with GTX Titan in it etc, getting tio the point now though that id like to upgrade my pc, case and all ( its a full tower case which is stupidly big)

Additional info, i am holding off on the GPU for now as it still does alright, and am hoping ot reuse the SSDs and power supply but let me know if that posses an issue

the motherboard is not great. it's not worth getting the 3800 over the 3700. you don't need to watercool if you don't want to. what psu do you have?
