Prime X470 Pro with Ryzen 2700x will not post

Madinge

Specs

Prime x470 pro

Ryzen 7 2700x

Gskill ripjaws 3200 2x4GB

750Ti

Problem

Computer will not post, or display anything to monitor. The board and cpu fan LEDs turn on, and all the fans are spinning. There are no beeps, even with earbuds connected to the board. I know the monitor is fine.

This is my first build, and idk what to do :( please help

Looks like other people have had it as a BIOS incompatibility problem... but I have no idea how to go about fixing that
