not saying they're broken, maybe just having compatibility problems.

even if they're new, DOA, or dead on arrival, parts are not unheard of. It is possible to buy a component and it is broken already, in which case you could take it back to the store and get a refund

though I will say, 2400MHz is very slow for Ryzen so maybe bring them back anyway

All the issues got resolved after updating bios from f41 to f50.

I went to Gigabyte service center & everything is solved now.

If that's the case then it's almost certainly a motherboard manufacturing problem with either slot 2 or 4, or both. Simply open up an RMA case with Gigabyte and ask for it to be replaced.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - CPU Cooler: Deepcool Castle 240EX - Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC

RAM: 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RBG 3200MHz - GPU: MSI RTX 3080 GAMING X TRIO

Hi.

I was having BSOD on my new build.

Tried everything but nothing worked.

Finally, updated bios from f41 to f50 from Gigabyte service center & all the issues are gone.

All 4 rams are working in the system too.

People will search for the issue, not the resolution.

Posting the resolution into your thread is enough since people with the issue are going to find that thread and look if there's a posted solution ;)
