Pretty powerful PC for WoW, but yes it would do the trick nicely.

EDIT: I'm saying it's not a great deal because they're gonna cheap out on everything. Cheap case, cheap PSU, cheap mobo, cheap RAM, cheap SSD, and bad cable management.

That will handle WoW perfectly fine, but you can do better for that price with higher quality components if you are willing to build yourself.

if you build it by yourself you can get  it cheaperrr. with newer component like 570.
