RTX 2060S x3 cooling VS RTX 2070 x2 cooling

Hey. So now in my region, at the same price, we have available both Gigabyte RTX 2070 Windforce 2X and Gigabyte RTX 2060 SUPER GAMING OC X3 - about 450 euro.

I use it mostly for Premiere Pro and I am interested in performance but also for it to be silent, with lower temps = more durability.

Is there anyone who tested one of the two cards, or both?

Best source will be probably to try find some reviews about them on youtube or something and try to compare them this way. 
By the way with the temps you don’t have too worry about it too much anyway, both of the cards should stay quiet and also you can set custom fan curve, if you stay bellow 80c it’ll be great. I would personally get 2070, it’ll give you more performance.
