Can you individually reprogram keys on razer keyboards?

If it supports Synapse 2.0, yes. Although using AutoHotkey, all keyboards have programmable keys.

By the way, be sure to check out what type of keyswitches suit you the best. If you currently use clicky keys, those are among t he loudest, so basically anything is quieter.
