Low Fps

So I play a lot of fps games such as Rainbow, Csgo and so on I have upgraded my system from when I first got it. Cpu,More fans, and ram but I have noticed when going into games my fps cant hold a steady 144hz on low and now averages around 90-100 i checked my usage and temperature of my parts and my usage is below 50% and temp wise my pc is good and my monitor will now stop reciving input for a few seconds at random My best guess is that the power supply is not enough anymore
