I have the 8350 and I think that is the best bank for the bucks. You should go with 2 graphics cards to have the connections for 3 monitors. And both AMD and NVIDIA have compatibility for 3 monitors. maybe 2 gtx 760 cards could work.

This RAM may be overkill for gaming, but for video editing it will be a beast.

And maybe you can help me chouse which Video Card should I take - GTX 780 or R9 290x <---- which is bether?

If you want the card to accelerate Ray-traced 3D rendering then a CUDA (GTX) card would be required. Otherwise it's a toss up with the R9 290X having a slight edge. The big question mark is the availability and pricing of the 290X. If eminers are active in your neck of the woods a GTX 780 would likely be your best bet.

@Gunchx,

I've put together a build using uk.pcpartpicker You will have to check local availability and pricing. If the pricing doesn't work out or something isn't available you can post here asking for suggested alternatives.

I have presumed that you may want to overclock the system. If that is not so some savings could be realized.
