Make the new pcie nuc a "node" in a server

Like the title states, would there be any way to add the new nuc to a prexisting desktop computer via the pcie and get any access to the computer? Is it even a real pcie connection or one just mean for an actual pcie device?

the nuc supplies PCIe over the connector, it doesnt take PCIe. 

 

in other words, no.
