Need Help With Cpu Fan/tower Case!

I am getting a Nocuta CPU cooler, but I am worried about the size of the thing because the case I am going with has a large fan on the side panel; I'v done some research on how large it is and there is only going to be 200mm of space, but this does not include on how much space the fan takes up. I need to if I should get before I end up buying it.

 

If you know any better cases for around £100/$154.87 please do tell me.

There is going to be more then enough i have the case. The case is a full tower and can fit iatx to xl atx. You have no problems fitting it in.
